In this hour long vinyasa yoga class, flow and breathe through heart opening poses such as wild thing, super cobra, and wheel pose. These heart opening poses will physically create space in the spine, chest, and shoulders. Energetically, these poses will bring focus to letting go of control, surrendering to the divine flow of life, and opening up to the many possibilities that are a reality for ourselves and our existence. Through this practice, we can put our trust in the process that is this journey we call life.

This class comes with an intentionally selected and sequenced playlist to listen to while practicing.
