Gratitude Meditation

If you begin to witness yourself living in a state of lack - focusing on all of the things that you don't have in your life that you wish you did - this meditation is a very helpful tool to use to assist in changing your tune. Instead of emphasizing what you DON'T have, this meditation will aid in turning your attention inwards, in order to see the abundance you DO currently have in your life. It will also give you an opportunity to shift from a feeling of longing, to one of over-whelming gratitude.
